This Privacy Policy describes how Omicron collects, uses and discloses personal information of visitors to our website, www.omicronmedia.com, and how we collect, use and disclose personal information from job applicants applying to work at Omicron through the job postings on this website. Personal information means any personally identifiable information relating to an individual (e.g., email address, name, mailing address or phone number).

 

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites, platforms or services operated by Omicron. Each operating business uses a different privacy policy and we refer you to each website’s privacy policy for more details.

 

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email).

Information We Collect Automatically When You Visit Our Website

We do not sell any data collected from visitor’s or users of this Website.

Information You Submit

We collect communications you may choose to send us through the email addresses listed on the website. We will disclose your communication with members of our legal, human resources or support teams depending on the type of correspondence you send us.

 

You may choose to apply for a position at Omicron. If you do, we will share your job application with any of our hiring managers that might have a relevant position for you. Your online job application will be collected and processed by a third party, Greenhouse Software, Inc. Personal information that you provide will be stored on the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.

 

Your personal information you choose to disclose in your online job application will be retained for a period of 9 months after submission. After 9 months, your online job application data will be deleted. You can email careers@omicronmedia.com to have your online job application data deleted any time prior to the expiration of the 9 month retention period.

 

How We Use the Data We Collect

We use you the data we collect to improve our website, respond to correspondence you send us, process job applications, troubleshooting or support purposes and to comply with any requests from law enforcement.

 

Legal Compliance

We will disclose your information to third parties: in response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand; to investigate or report illegal activity; or to enforce our rights or defend claims.
