Jason Rottenberg is a General Partner and Co-Founder of Arsenal. Jason has spent the last twenty years, founding, building and funding early-stage technology companies, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of technology commercialization and the intersection of government and commercial markets. Jason has been involved in the founding and exits of numerous technology companies and he was also the founder of Muse Ventures and IT Angel. Jason was previously a manager in Arthur Andersen’s Silicon Valley office and began his career in Washington, DC. Jason graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. degree and earned an MBA with highest distinction from Harvard University, where he was named a Baker Scholar.
Jason’s family is originally from Montreal, Canada and he is the first American-born person in his family. He enjoys playing sports of all kinds, squeezing in a tough workout on the road, and getting outdoors with his family.

Mr. Harrison joined Harbert Management Corporation in 2000 and serves as Senior Managing Director of its Mezzanine Capital Team. His responsibilities include the daily functions of the Mezzanine investing activities and chairing the Investment Committee. He also sits on the Investment Committee of the Harbert European Growth Capital fund and is a member of the board of directors for Harbert Management Corporation.
He is the former Vice President of Sirrom Capital Corporation. Previously, he worked for Finova Mezzanine Capital as Vice President and Eastern Regional Manager. Mr. Harrison has experience in the commercial banking industry with a focus on lending and credit management prior to joining HMC. He received his degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee.

Don has almost 40 years of experience in accounting, auditing and consulting services to medium and emerging businesses and organizations. He also has significant experience in real estate, high technology, construction contractors and financing arrangement filing. Don has his own CPA firm in Jacksonville, Florida, and previously worked with the international firm of Deloitte.
Don graduated from The University of Florida and is actively involved in his community. He is on the Board of Directors for the University of Florida – Oak Hammock at UF, Leadership Jacksonville, and Youth Leadership Jacksonville; as well as a member of 3 professional associations.

Albert brings 25 years of experience as a leader in both publicly and privately-traded healthcare companies as a specialist in technology, technology acquisitions, integration, and growth. Albert is an active investor and currently serves on the Board of Directors of not only Omicron, but also Nucleus Health, RXRevu, and HCF Enterprises and HCF Reality. Albert is an Operating Partner with Peloton Equity, Triple Tree Capital Partners, SV Health Investors, and is and Executive Advisor to New Mountain Capital.
Albert previously served as an SVP at UnitedHealth Group as CTO of the Optum Cloud. Prior to that he served as CIO/CTO of Connextions Inc., and CIO of Rotech Medical Corporation.
He received his MBA from Rollins College, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Frank is a serial entrepreneur having founded and sold 5 technology companies. He has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years and sold his most recent company, Xerocole, to Akamai Technologies and now currently works for Akamai as VP of Business Development in Boulder, Colorado. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology.
